_{Ahhhh I'm finally done with this ref sheet! Idk what's up with me and my male OCs, but similarly to Tristan, this bab has been created looooong ago. His hair is inspired by Gankutsuou and I seriously thought it will cause me hell... But it ended up being easy to draw, and, unlike Jay's, won't give me hell in the future.
Sorry ladies, but his relationship had been long decided. He belongs with his exorcist apprentice, Apple--Queen's Hazel. ♥ *amg we've FINALLY got a ship jsdhodfh*
I'm so happy with his Innocence too, tbh I had to redraw it freaking 3 times. One time I've accidentally saved a different file by the same name, so my progress was lost. Second time, SAI crashed.. With it being lost again. TBH I WAS STUBBORN AND FINISHED IT, and that's because I have my fabulous tol sugar cheerleader BettaBlue ♥♥

And yes, Tully is taken from GoT for I'm a GoT trash, always was and always will be. I have a bloody GoT inspired tattoo, okay? And Tully's words just suit him so much. ♥

Despite a severe face, ridden with wrinkles and expressing an eternal pout, Tiberius is actually a very kind and caring man. He is stoic and has obvious noble roots, even if he was stripped of his title before joining the Order. As a true Puritan, he is quite strict and deeply moral, as well as particularly serious as for following the rules, which had caused several clashes between him and Cross Marian, someone Tiberius is very critical of. Although he looks quite threatening, Tiberius is one of the gentlest people in the Order. He has patience of steel and very rarely loses his temper or raises voice. In fact, he hardly uses his voice in general - Tiberius is a man of few words, but even the few he says are always well thought through. He is well-mannered, polite and with a hint of being a capable diplomat.

Deactivated Form: A bronze ring Tiberius wears as a necklace, with Latin words Lux Vitae Mae engraved. It means Light of my Life, and it was a marriage ring Tiberius made himself. They appear on the activated form, too.

Level 1 - Lumos
Activated, the ring takes a shape of a staff with a floating flame in the middle. The basic attack is basically throwing fire balls.
Hall of Flames Tiberius creates a massive flame, often entrapping the multiple opponents within it. He has full control of the fire, and, on his demand, it can take various shames. It's not unknown that at few occasions the flames instead of forming a room of some sorts were turned into a giant fire monster;
Purification Field Tiberius creates an invisible field of Innocence. If akumas enter it, they dissolve immediately. It is particularly handy with the injured allies that need to be taken care of quickly. However, it has not yet been confirmed if it works level 3 and up;
Tree of Life Tiberius summons somewhat of an astral projection of a tree which, within a small rage, heals the allies. It can easily be destroyed by the enemy, but is quite helpful for recovery. If it's not destroyed, it dissolves itself in five minutes time,
Level 2 - Lumos Maxima
Upon level two, the flame in the middle becomes white.
Lumis Tiberius summons a spirit assistant, spirit of light Lumis. It comes in a form of a ghost-like figure with its face covered with a fabric and its features impossible to define. Himself Tiberius likes to believe it's a spirit of his late wife. Lumis fights among the exorcists, throwing balls of white flames - similarly to what the basic attack of Lumina is;
Might of Fire By slamming his staff against the ground, Tiberius sends a trace of fire towards the enemy. It follows the opponent even in the air and can't reach them only under water;
Return Teleportation skill. However it only has one destination - the Order's HQ. Handy to avoid traveling long in order to return, convenient if needed to flee the battle. However, it requires a lot of energy and leaves Tiberius drained for few days.

| Background

H i s t o r y ;

Once, Tiberius had a great life and could not ask for more. Born in an ancient noble family of Tully, he became the heir. In his young days, he was given everything his heart would desire, Tiberius was provided with education and welfare. However, despite the wealth of his family, as a young boy he was taught all the earthly goods are temporary, and money won't ever make him happy - it is spiritual wealth he must seek for, and it is much more difficult to obtain. It shaped Tiberius into who he is today. Ever since being a boy, he was interested in crafting - first, Tiberius was interested in making swords, but in later years found himself much more fond of making jewelry.

Once he turned the legal age, he got married to his sweetheart from the childhood. For that special occasion, he made a pair of rings with words Lux Vitae Mae engraved onto them, as they used to call each other light of one another's life. Not long after his father passed away, passing the title of a lord on Tiberius.

As a ruler of his domain, Tiberius had a reputation of a strict yet kind man. He was merciless for ones who'd commit a crime, but strongly caring and affectionate to his people. He was respected but not feared - people knew that in Tiberius they'd always find a protection.

With his wife, Tiberius had two daughters and lived in a fine mansion, having everything they might need or want. However, everything was turned into ashes within seconds.

One day Tiberius discovered his elder daughter had an astonishing ability to control water - she would make it form into different shapes and float in the air, make it freeze on a desire or make it evaporate. It stunned the lord, and he was intending to take his daughter to the church next day as feared she might have been possessed by the devil himself to have such powers. However, next day never came.

That night, the house of Tully got attacked by the akumas. The skills of his daughter were caused by the Innocence fragment she accommodated. Unfortunately, when the exorcists arrived, the mansion was already destroyed and the Tullys were annihilated. All but one. Had the exorcists bothered to examine the ruins closer, they'd have learned there was a survivor - Tiberius was knocked out and buried underneath the ruins.

He regained consciousness because of a hellish heat he felt. Upon awakening he realized the ruins were on fire and there were no signs of his family. Himself, severely injured, he still tried to find his wife and children, but soon the flames made it impossible and he had to get away. Stricken with pain of the loss and confusion of what happened, he headed to the town to seek for help of his people, but it didn't work out.

When he tried to tell the story of the akumas, Tiberius was accused in being insane and being the one who killed his own family and set the house on fire to erase the trace. Without a trial, he was thrown into jail and stripped off his title.

It took few months of imprisonment for Tiberius to finally come in terms with what happened that night, although he was still struggling to understand it. He had so many questions. The events made him age severely in just few days, hence Tiberius looks much older than he is.

However, he soon had to learn the akuma attack on his house was not a delusion as they attacked the prison he was locked to. This once Tiberius wanted to fight back -- once his cell was destroyed, he took his marriage ring off and begged for the lord and his dead wife to give him powers to oppose the devilish creations. To his own surprise, the ring started radiating heat and then slipped out of his hands, starting to float in the air before him. As if it wasn't enough, a ghostly entity Tiberius then thought must have been his wife (it was Lumis) emerged from it and rushed towards the akumas. The flames it threw at them destroyed the monstrous being at once. Exhausted and at the loss of understanding what's going on, Tiberius passed out.

He woke up already at the HQs of the Order,as the exorcists arrived short after - they saw Lumis returning into the ring and realized Tiberius was an accommodator. Having no place to return to and no family, Tiberius didn't fight back joining the Order. After all, he now had no other purpose in life but to destroy the akumas who had destroyed his life.

Being hardworking and fierce, driven by genuine desire to stop the Earl and the pain he's causing, Tiberius had miraculously fast reached the rank of a general. He is highly respected within the Order for being self-contained, particularly calm in his approach and trustworthy.

By the time the war started, Tiberius was on a mission of retrieving an Innocence fragment - and it was a particularly nasty one, hence he couldn't join the battle at once. Although ordered to forget about the mission, Tiberius dissobeyed the orders, replying he refuses to abandon the unfinished work. He reunited with the Order as it moved to the new building. Similarly to Cross, he was tried for disobeying/betraying the Order, although was let off with a mere warning for, unlike Cross, Tiberius is known to be reliable and in this case he simply insisted of finishing the work he had started instead of being up to anything shady.

- Tiberius doesn't mind taking apprentices. Although apprentices do mind him as a master, because he is extremely strict and very demanding. Although his apprentices tend to get strong and actually live for a while;
- While Lord Tully seems to be in moderate terms with anyone, it is rare for him to actually get close with anyone;
- Teegan looks up to him a lot. While she is in love with Cross and always wanted to prove her worth to him, it is Tiberius she truly sees as an authority as both, a person and a general;
- Being stoic and denying himself pleasures of life, Tiberius never thought of getting into a relationship again. However, life ended up hooking him up with his apprentice, Hazel;
- As it would be expected from a nobleman, Tiberius is skilled in sword fight and horse riding as well as he's not a stranger to fine arts;
- His passion to creating things from metal lead him to become an apprentice of a blacksmith when he was very young. His father did approve it, being very proud his son was interested in mastering some skill of the commoners;
- The only person Tiberius dislikes is Cross. He strongly disapproves what he thinks is lack of respect to the duty and the lifestyle Cross is leading.
